Get Fit is offering group yoga, with a certified Hatha-Vinyasa (flow) instructor, in her studio, upstairs with incredible views. Beginners welcome. The day/time to be determined by your input, looking at Saturday's @ 9am - call if you'd like to voice your preference/opinion. The cost is incredible too - 6 classes, 1 per week, @ $60.00.

We will practice Hatha-Vinyasa at Get Fit Studio;

The word Vinyasa means flow with breath = synchronized movement. This technique can be liken to a “dance”, one pose leading to the next.

Hatha Vinyasa style allows for variety, and will certainly include Sun Salutations – honoring the sun. We will include movement after stretching and warming the muscles and will be very alignment oriented. I strongly encourage props – blocks, straps and blankets – to assist our bodies in the asanas.

Vinyasa’s strength is in it’s diversity; there is a lot of room for individual personalities; Yoga is an individual approach.

Yoga on Saturday at Get Fit Studio was a wonderful, restorative, relaxing class. The instructor gears the class towards her students levels and needs - we all left feeling better than when we came in - and that was her intention she expressed!

And you'll be amazed as your strength and flexibility increases.

I was not only transformed by the class, but also impressed with the expansive studio - the windows are from floor to ceiling and the views of our beautiful mountains is the perfect backdrop.

Make a commitment to yourself; now is the perfect time to get in shape with fitness that feels good, mentally and physically, and have fun.

Treat yourself, after a long, hard week with the kids, work - life - to one hour just for you, you deserve it.

Yoga For Everybody is on Saturday's @ 10:30am and Tuesday's @ 5:30pm.
