Mt. Evans Home Health & Hospice is looking for your best photographs of our mountain community's scenery, wildlife and landmarks to include in the 2014 "Seasons of Our Mountains" community calendar. Both amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to submit entries for this popular calendar, sponsored by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Evergreen National Bank and Evergreen Newspapers.

Thirteen photographs will be selected by a community vote -- one to represent each month of the year and one to use as the cover image. 2013 calendars are currently available at the Mt. Evans office for $5.00 (half price).

Rules and entry forms are available online at www.mtevans.org, and at area merchants, the Mt. Evans Home Health & Hospice office, and Coldwell Banker offices. They will be printed in future issues of the Canyon Courier, High Timber Times and Clear Creek Courant. The deadline for submissions is July 23, 2013.

The photographer who wins “Best of Show” receives a $150 cash prize from Coldwell Banker.

Proceeds of calendar sales will help Mt. Evans Home Health & Hospice provide compassionate in-home medical, hospice and community support services for residents of the mountain communities of Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Park counties A highly trained, caring staff also helps family members by providing counseling services, support, and education. Mt. Evans also operates Camp Comfort, a bereavement camp for children.

To request rules and an entry form, call 303-674-6400 or visit the Mt. Evans website at http://www.mtevans.org.
