THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS
MORNING...AND THEN INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. TRAVEL WILL
BECOME HAZARDOUS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. RESIDENTS ARE

* TIMING...PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY. THE
HEAVIEST SNOW WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. SNOW
WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY...BUT OF LIGHTER INTENSITY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...10 TO 16 INCHES...WITH UP TO 20 INCHES IN
THE FOOTHILLS WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF DENVER.

* WIND/VISIBILITY...NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 15 MPH. VISIBILITY
WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS DURING PERIODS OF
HEAVY SNOWFALL.

* IMPACTS..ROADS WILL BECOME ICY AND SNOWPACKED WITH HAZARDOUS
TRAVEL CONDITIONS. VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED AT TIMES DUE
TO THE HEAVY SNOWFALL. IF TRAVELING ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH
YOUR DESTINATION.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF
SNOW ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. ONLY TRAVEL IN
AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...
FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
