We've got 7 volunteers so far, which is great! But I'm betting we can do better.

I'm thinking we meet at the field by Inter-Canyon Fire Dept, then work our way uphill during the 1st half, then back down for the 2nd half when we're more tired. Does that sound like a good plan? If anyone has another idea, I'm all ears.

MsMAM, does your friend still have the vests we can borrow, or can we get those from CDOT? pacamom, can I enlist you to call the contact at CDOT again to arrange the bag pick-ups? Thank you!!! I'll start getting this listed on all the local papers' online calendars and put together an ad for it to enlist more help.

Sorry we can't help this time around, I'm still in PT for my shoulder, it's been slow going. The last thing I want to do is set back it's recovery. I want it healed before we leave for the winter. I'll cross my fingers for a nice coolish day for you all!!!!

Just got off the phone with Jayne at the highway department. I let her know our date, and the guys will put the signs out, but they lay them down. When we get out there, we have to make sure we set them upright.
