You said that you offered arbitration first. Okay, I get it there was a misunderstanding. If we got it wrong then just contact me or my lawyer. He is of course still representing me, and let's get it done. Who cares who said it first? I still don't see you agreeing to it. So, it looks like my statement was correct. You are not making sense.

If you are interested in arbitration then great, we were wrong. I am great with being wrong. Let's get it done.

I really do not get this but sicking your husband on me is just silly. I am not intimidated and my feelings are not hurt. I still think you should post your PM to me publicly. I think that covers it.

When the Communities Bound decides it's in their best interest to violate their own TOS!!!

As posted this sites TOS speaks to the following policy in regards to Private Messages:

"Private Messages - Your private messages are kept secure in our database. We have a strict policy and are very careful on who has access to our databases. It is our policy, and our staff is instructed, that our admins, owners or anyone at all DOES NOT view or share your private message data. Messages sent via our Private Message system are meant to be private and, as such, are only permitted to be posted publicly if both parties have consented. Your privacy in this area is very important to us"

CG, was sent a private message by me which she chose to make public without my authorization. As I was critical of the ownership of this site and their actions she felt it was in their best interest to violate the TOS and unilaterally post the PM, to get back at someone else, that someone being Science Chic.

You can see the public posting of my PM on MyMountainTown.com here http://www.mymountaintown.com/forums/the-ring/28598?start=10

Integrity is alive and well at Communities Bound!!! I would suggest the TOS be modified to say "If you make Communities Bound mad or call us names, we may, at our sole discretion. publically post your PM because it hurt our feelings and we want to."

I asked your wife if you wanted it removed. She said no. It did not come from our database it was a PM to me.

285 Bound Members,

I do not incorporate a war mentality into my behavior and decisions in business or life, plain and simple. This matters because this unfortunate situation is a not a game to me that must be won or lost. Other people are involved. This deeply affects all our affiliates and other members. This matters when there are fires and emergencies to be covered and decisions to be made that affect the entire community and other affiliate sites. So let me be clear. Since this situation arose key facts and details were omitted from the discussions between Communities Bound and SC. These omissions have impacted the course of events to the detriment of everyone involved.

CB is not going to display internal legal matters in the forum of public opinion whether SC chooses to or not. Unfortunately, many of you have been forced to judge each party in this public display, despite several misstatements and the omission of key details. For that I apologize.

"Just FYI, I refuted this statement that was so blatantly untrue. This all goes to credibility. I won't be answering internal legal matters in the forum of public opinion whether SC chooses to or not as stated before. They have confirmed they are out to ruin me and my business (this is not the only statement eluding to this) and am I expected to sit back and say nothing and not to defend myself. That does not sound like them just trying to "help their own business grow" what by ruining me? I know it was alot of fun while it lasted with my silence. But things have changed a bit legally and I should be able to straighten out a few "facts" of my own soon.

Everyone else has had their say without my side. I also followed what appears to be the TOS of this site as my PMs and personal info is left all over this site and when I said something asking it to be removed, I was basically told to get over it. I give you a little evidence that something is not right under their own rules and your husband comes over to try and ruin that site too. It always seem that you can say whatever you like but I am to stay in my place.

As far as Jim Ciccarelli goes he is playing a game with people's lives and has no skin in the game. If you were so worried about your legacy, etc. You should have consulted us about what was going on before you did what you did. And your name has NEVER been on the deed of this business. I gave you your due but you have not been here in a long time, you have interfered quite a bit with little to no info.

Everyone has still just jumped on board with their "version". I am shocked that few have said much about that.

Archer this is a small town and playing the defamation game works but it sure is not ethical. We will have a new statement on progress in this dispute next week on 285bound.com.

I said my peace. I have have every right to defend myself and the huge investment I have put into this town and my own business. NO ONE has the right to try and ruin it. I am in no way trying to ruin them. SC you do not own me or Communities Bound."
